1. Executive commitment to data sovereignty
We prioritize client data sovereignty. We build custom architectures that keep your business databases entirely under your control. We do not mine your metadata or analyze your transactions.
2. 100% intellectual property and source code ownership
We transfer all source code, database DDL scripts, API specifications, and deployment scripts to you upon project completion and final payment. We do not charge per-seat royalties or retain proprietary rights.
3. Bilateral non-disclosure agreements (NDA)
We execute mutual non-disclosure agreements before reviewing your proprietary spreadsheets, industrial schematics, or operational workflows. We secure all project repositories with strict role-based access control.
4. Information collected via our public web portal
We collect your contact details and project scope when you submit an inquiry, schedule a consultation, or use our project estimator. We use this information only to create your technical proposal. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
