1. Scope of custom engineering engagements
A formal Statement of Work (SOW) governs all software development, ERP engineering, and SCADA automation services. We define project milestones, sprint intervals, and acceptance criteria in this document.
2. Milestone sign-off and verification
We execute development in two-week agile sprints. We provide clients with access to private staging environments for review. You must sign off on each milestone before we begin the next phase.
3. Codebase handover and IP assignment
We transfer the complete Git repository, migration scripts, Dockerfiles, and architectural documentation upon final milestone payment. This grants you full rights to deploy, modify, or host the software independently.
4. 90-day post-deployment warranty
We provide a 90-day bug-fix and stability warranty for every custom system we deploy. We fix any deviation from the agreed SOW specifications at no extra cost.

6. Legal dispute resolution and jurisdiction
We attempt to resolve all commercial and technical disputes through good-faith negotiations first. If unresolved, all legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
